Three years ago, I was skinny and I was lazy to exercise but now I have goals to work out at least 3 times a week. I worked out sometimes and hoping that it makes me healthy, strong and helps tone up of my body. I haven't done exercising since I have been busy lately of my work. I gained some weights and I liked it since my face looks round and it helps make me look younger (grin :-) but I wanted to build some muscle and that is why my goal is to exercise often as possible. Exercising can be addictive once you are used to it or becomes your habit. I missed doing exercise once I do not do it. I better go now and do exercise.
